Tilda

2018 - 2021

Distinguishing a new direction for this celebrated household brand, I worked across both retail and foodservice material to bring vibrant, heartfelt, ‘Tildalicious’ food culture to life.

Project breakdown:

Having established a decades long working relationship with Tilda foodservice, the studio I was working for at the time had just been tasked with rolling a fledging new direction (from the retail side of the brand) out across Tilda foodservice.

Foodservice advertising and marketing material tends to consist mostly of hospitality magazine print adverts, digital adverts, website ‘takeovers’ (consisting of multiple web banners) and PR stuff, such as exhibition stand graphics and promo bits.

Occasionally, a brand might release an industry booklet or recipe book for chefs using the product, as well as infographics, flyers and free PR packs sent to leading professionals in the field.

For Tilda, I took the lead on all of these projects, steering and evolving the graphic design across multiple Tilda marketing campaigns, such as Tildalicious, The Art of Tilda Rice and charity initiative Mary’s Meals. Uniting (yet keeping subtle differences) brand style across the board, we also created a comprehensive brand guidelines & style book for Tilda to share globally.

Proving success & gaining trust:

Super impressed with how we’d pushed the graphic design for the foodservice side of the business, Tilda retail approached us and asked us to work on several projects with them, too.
